By using Yuzu Health ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 9 years old to use the App.
2. What the App does
Yuzu Health scans food and personal-care products and shows information about ingredients. Some of this information is generated by AI. The App is an information tool, not medical advice.
3. Not medical advice
The information shown is for educational purposes only. It is not medical, dietary, or allergen guidance.
- Ingredient classifications ("avoid", "watch", "safe") are heuristic. They may be wrong for your specific situation.
- Allergen detection is best-effort. If you have a serious allergy, always read the physical label and consult a professional.
- AI-generated content may contain errors.
- Product information may not match the exact formulation in your hand.
Use the App at your own risk. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Delete your account anytime by emailing arrotahur@gmail.com.
5. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Reverse engineer the App
- Scrape, abuse, or rate-limit our backend
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Circumvent paywalls or access controls
6. Subscriptions
When paid features ship, subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not us. Cancel anytime in your platform's subscription settings. Refunds go through Apple/Google.
7. Disclaimers + liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or any harm arising from reliance on the App. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or US$10, whichever is greater.
8. Termination
You can stop using the App anytime. We can suspend access if you violate these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Consumer rights under your local laws still apply.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Material changes will be highlighted in-app.
